Industrial Warranty: This Industrial RO Plant comes with 1-year manufacturer warranty for electronic parts from the date of purchase. ( Warranty Includes Motor ( RWP & HPP ) and Power Control Panel only ).
Covered in Warranty: The Product is Warranted Against Any Manufacturing Defects Arising Out of Any Faulty or Defective Material on Workmanship for a Period of 12 Months ( 1 Year ) from the date of Purchase and the Final Invoice Shall be Applicable.
Not Covered in Warranty: Product Warranty Excludes Defects Accruing because of Abuse, Faulty Care or Maintenance, Repairs, or Alternative to Goods or Parts by Others.
All consumable items / Plastic Products like FRP Vessels, Media, Carbon, Membranes, UV Tube, UV Barrel, or third-party installation damages are Not Covered Under the Warranty. ( Only electric parts covered under warranty i.e. Motor ( RWP & HPP ) and Power Control Panel only ).
Warranty Service Type: On-site Service, Customer Needs to Call the BioHat Systems Customer Care No. +91 7350347467 or Mail on service@biohatsystems.com. The service Engineer will Come to the Site to get the Product Installed, Repaired, or Inspected.
For Installation / Service / Repair:
The installation will be done by the seller in just 24 to 48 hours.
Installation amount will be paid by customer 4000/- to 5000/- & After Installation Every Visit is Chargeable @1000/- ( All over India )

If the customer is installed by a third party so warranty will be avoided.
If any problem during the warranty period, then the buyer will courier to the Manufacturer or service center address. After that manufacturer will replace the MOTER ( RWP & HPP ) and Power Control Panel.
( The Manufacturer will courier parts and they will get delivered to the customer’s address within a maximum of 4-6 days (working days) )
