Industrial Warranty: This BioHat 3-Ton Box Water Chiller comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for electronic parts from the date of purchase. ( Warranty Includes Motor ( RWP ) and Power Control Panel only ).
Covered in Warranty: The Product is Warranted Against Any Manufacturing Defects Arising Out of Any Faulty or Defective Material on Workmanship for a Period of 12 Months ( 1 Year ) from the date of Purchase and the Final Invoice Shall be Applicable.
Not Covered in Warranty: Product Warranty Excludes Defects Accruing because of Abuse, Faulty Care or Maintenance, Repairs, or Alternative to Goods or Parts by Others.
All consumable items / Plastic Products like FRP Vessels, Leakage Copper Coil of Water Chiller During Transport, Media, Carbon, Membranes, UV Tube, UV Barrel, or third-party installation damages are Not Covered Under the Warranty. ( Only electric parts are covered under warranty i.e. Motor ( RWP ) and Power Control Panel only ).
Warranty Service Type: On-site Service ( Depending on the Problem ), Customer Needs to Call the BioHat Systems Customer Care No. +91 7350347467 or Mail on service@biohatsystems.com. The service Engineer will Come to the Site to get the Product Installed, Repaired, or Inspected.
For Installation / Service / Repair:
The installation will be done by the seller in just 24 to 48 hours.
Installation amount will be paid by customer 1000/- to 2000/- & After Installation Every Visit is Chargeable @1000/- ( All over India )

NOTE:
If the customer gets the machine installed or serviced by a third party then the machine will not be covered under warranty.
If a part of the machine gets damaged during the warranty period then the customer will have to send the part to our service center address.
The part sent by you will be checked by the engineer at the service center and a new part will be sent to your address.
If the part is not damaged then it will be sent back to you as it is and the related delivery charges will be taken from you.
The Manufacturer will courier parts and they will get delivered to the customer’s address within a maximum of 6-8 working days.
