4.Exceptions
A return or replacement may be considered in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos as proof.
5.Warranty & Support

6.Order Cancellation
Only Domestic Category Products and Their Related Spare Parts can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7.Booking Amount for Industrial Products
- If an industrial product is booked with an advance payment, the booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason.
