When You Receive a Damaged Product
1.Record an Unboxing Video:
- While opening the package, record a video showing the entire unboxing process and the condition of the product.
- If possible, do this in the presence of the delivery person.
2.Contact Us Immediately:
If the product is damaged, stop unboxing and contact us right away via:

3.Resolution:
After reviewing your video, if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will:
