When You Receive a Damaged Product
 
1.Record an Unboxing Video:
 
  • While opening the package, record a video showing the entire unboxing process and the condition of the product.
  • If possible, do this in the presence of the delivery person.

If the product is damaged, stop unboxing and contact us right away via:

After reviewing your video, if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will:
  • Provide replacement parts.

1.No Returns or Refunds for Any Reasons:
 
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds except for verified transit damage.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is confirmed and processed.
  • Only buy if you are certain about your requirements.
 
2.Spare Parts Compatibility:
 
  • Spare parts may vary in size or fittings due to changes in old and new models.
  • Before buying spare parts, confirm compatibility by contacting our customer care team.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for mismatched or incompatible parts.
 
3.No Responsibility for Post-Delivery Damage:
 
  • We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or other external factors.

4.Exceptions

A return or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos as proof.

5.Warranty & Support

  • Our products come with standard manufacturer warranties. In case of any issues, customers can claim warranty services as per the terms and conditions.

  • For assistance with Installation, Repair, or Technical Support, please contact our customer service team.

  • Please read and consider the warranty & support terms, conditions, and rules mentioned on our website, as well as the product-related descriptions, before making a purchase.
  • If we have provided you with a quotation for any website product (from any category), you are required to strictly consider all the above-mentioned terms & conditions, including warranty and support conditions mentioned on our website, even if they are not explicitly mentioned in the quotation.

6.Order Cancellation

  • Only Domestic Category Products and Their Related Spare Parts can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  •  Orders for Commercial & Industrial Products cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

7.Booking Amount for Industrial Products

  • If an industrial product is booked with an advance payment, the booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason.
